OUR PROCESS

Learning about your site is important to our initial visit.

Prior to the first site visit, a representative will ask you a variety of questions concerning . your current and past drainage patterns and possible amendments.  Many of our projects stem from past faulty work implemented by inexperienced contractors or changes in structures or grades of surrounding properties.

Although not mandatory,  site/plot plan is helpful as well as pictures you may have taken during heavy rains -- if applicable to your particular needs.

The next step is an on-site analysis and consultation, to assess your particular site, drainage and soil permeability.  Site measurements and the establishment of grades may be necessary.

Once the details are gathered, we will provide you with a diagram of the particular areas in need of amendments, and a written analysis with recommendations and cost.

Typically your project can be scheduled within two weeks.  Our projects run consecutively with set start and end dates.  Updates are provided daily during your project by on-site supervisors and our office staff.
